10. Modusafe Hub (mail.modusafe.co.uk)
The Modusafe Hub at mail.modusafe.co.uk is a separate Nextcloud-based service running on a different codebase and server. The Hub provides internal Talk, Files, Calendar and Email services, though Talk may occasionally accept calls from public users when explicitly enabled. These Terms below supplement the general rules above for Hub users.
Additional Hub Rules
- The Hub is primarily intended for internal company use. Public use is limited and must be authorised.
- Do not use the Hub to store, transmit or distribute illegal content, infringe others' intellectual property, or distribute malware.
- Respect other users' privacy and do not attempt to access accounts or content you do not have permission to access.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your Hub account credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.
- Maintain your own backups of important data. While we maintain routine backups, we do not guarantee recovery of user data in all scenarios.
- Comply with applicable laws and company policies when using Hub services, including data protection and export control regulations.
Content Ownership & Moderation
Users retain ownership of the content they store on the Hub. ModuSafe reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is illegal, and to cooperate with law enforcement and legal requests as required.
Limitation of Liability for the Hub
The Hub is provided "as is". Except as required by law, ModuSafe LTD is not liable for loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Hub. Users should not rely on the Hub as their sole long-term archive.
