ModuSafe operates a separate Nextcloud-based service called the "Modusafe Hub" available at mail.modusafe.co.uk. The Hub runs on a different codebase and server to this website and provides Talk (chat/voice/video), Files (file storage and sharing), Calendar and Email functionality. The Hub is primarily for internal use; however, Talk may sometimes be used to accept calls from public users where explicitly allowed.
The Hub is hosted and managed independently from this website. Any privacy or processing practices specific to the Hub (including subprocessors, hosting locations, or backup providers) are governed by the Hub's administrative policies. Where applicable, we will apply contractual and technical safeguards to protect Hub data during transfer and storage.
We do not sell Hub data. The Hub may use subprocessors (for hosting, backups or email delivery) who act on our behalf under contract. We may disclose Hub data if required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.
For Hub-specific privacy questions, data access or deletion requests, or support, contact the Hub administrator via [email protected] or through the Hub at mail.modusafe.co.uk.
